Welcome to our new blog about communication and leadership.  This blog will be about what we learn at Castleton Toastmasters, a club in Indianapolis, Indiana, how we practice what we learn, and how we live it within our daily lives.

Castleton Toastmasters is not about just learning how to become a better speaker, it's about how to improve your overall communication skills and how to become a better leader.  Through weekly practice you will learn to be a better speaker and listener.  With weekly assigned roles and elected officer positions you will hone your skills on how to promote, persuade, manage, and lead a small but comitted organization.
